Bath & Keynsham Recycling Centre opening times updates

Bath Recycling Centre
Bath Recycling Centre will return to its usual opening hours 7 days a week on
Monday 27 July. We found that the reopening of the site over the weekend went well
in terms of managing the traffic and public safety. We also have more staff returning
to work, which will enable us to open Bath Recycling Centre 7 days a week. The
booking system will continue to be used to help manage social distancing.
Due to restricted space with the social distancing measures on site, permit holders
for vans over 5 metres will not be able to visit Bath recycling centre and will be
turned away if trying to access the site – van permit holders will be advised to use
Keynsham Recycling Centre or book an appointment at Midsomer Norton Recycling
There will be no restrictions for other van permit holders. They will be able to book
an appointment at Bath Recycling Centre on any available slot, 7 days a week on an
appointment-only basis.
We expect demand for appointments to be high. We are working to enable as many
residents as possible to safely visit the recycling centre.
