Recycling Centres (the Tip)
All of our Recycling centres are now closed following the Government mandate to stay at home. Keep your waste at home until they are open again.

We are currently working with significantly reduced staff levels due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), there will be changes to the following services.

Recycling Collections – Tuesday 24th March 2020
A limited service is being provided today. If your recycling has not been collected, please take it back in and put it out for collection on your next scheduled day.

Refuse collections – Tuesday 24th March 2020
We are collecting refuse as normal.

Garden Waste Collections – From Tuesday 24th March 2020
No Garden Waste collections will take place for the next 3 weeks. We are not able to issue refunds for these missed collections, but will update on options in later communications as the situation progresses. It is not our intention for residents to lose out.

Missed Collections – rubbish, recycling and garden waste
We are not able to return for any missed collections, please take your bins/boxes/bags back in and put it out for your next scheduled collection day.

Orders for replacement/new boxes and bins
We have stopped taking orders for new garden waste bins, recycling boxes and rubbish bins/bags. We will try to deliver all outstanding orders but there will be a delay.
Additional recycling can be placed out for collection next to your existing containers in an untied carrier bag, please use a separate bag for each material.
If during this time your black rubbish bin has been lost or stolen please put your rubbish out in a strong bin bag in your usual location and it will be collected.
